White Bay cruise terminal: submissions open

WhiteBaySlider.jpgWe are pleased to advise that the regulation of cruise passenger ships at the White Bay Cruise Terminal has been included in the terms of reference for an upcoming parliamentary inquiry. 

Public submissions will be accepted until 29 August 2014

The NSW Legislative Council General Purpose Standing Committee No 5 is inquiring into the performance of the NSW Environment Protection Authority. Importantly, our collective efforts have resulted in having White Bay listed as one of the six cases in the committee’s terms of reference.

This is an opportunity for you to outline your suggestions and concerns to the committee.
