Marriage equality is about the grandma who wants to see her grandson married and the father who wants to walk his daughter down the aisle. It is about every young person hearing that they’re equal and everyone being able to marry the person they love.
Please come to our public meeting, show your support for the Yes campaign and hear from speakers including Alex Greenwich MP, co-chair of Australian Marriage Equality, on how we can make marriage equality the law in Australia. Here are the details:
18th September • 6pm-7pm • Balmain Town Hall
Over the next few weeks, everyone on the electoral roll will have a chance to vote YES for marriage equality. This is our chance for everyone in Australia to show their support for fairness, equality and love.
If you are on the electoral roll, you should receive a postal survey from the ABS. Please fill it in and return it as quickly as possible. If you think you should have received the survey but haven't, please contact the ABS
