Save Wentworth Park

We need to tell the government that Wentworth Park should be kept as an open space for people, not built over for profit.

The government and their developers are eyeing Wentworth Park for redevelopment as part of the Bays Precinct.

Please sign the petition to ask Premier Berejiklian to keep Wentworth Park safe from developers:

Dear Premier,

I urge you to protect Wentworth Park from development by handing it back to the City of Sydney, and expand recreation and sporting facilities in the area, which is already one of the most densely populated in Australia.

    Wentworth Park acts as the lungs between the largely high rise Ultimo/Pyrmont precinct and the suburb of Glebe. This green space is absolutely critical to the physical and mental health of residents of both areas, including children at local schools. Please DO NOT develop it for private use.
