Stop Adani Film Night

While the world moves towards a carbon free future, the Australian government is throwing its support behind Adani’s massive new coal mine. The proposed Carmichael mine will be bigger than any coal mine ever built in Australia.
It could produce up to 60 million tonnes of thermal coal and open the Galilee basin, the largest untapped coal resource in the world.
Burning the coal from Adani’s mine will drive dangerous temperatures. We are running out of time to stand up to the fossil fuel giants in order to protect the water we drink and the air we breathe. To avert climate crisis, we need to cut pollution.
We need to stop Adani.
Join us on Wednesday 30 May at 6:00pm the Actors Centre Leichhardt for a Stop Adani film night
The night will include:
- A free screening of A Mighty Force: the second instalment of Stop Adani Documentaries that captures the power and passion of people taking extraordinary action to stop Adani.
See you there.
