Support a strong ICAC

Thank you for your support of our petition to Premier Mike Baird and Labor leader Luke Foley, asking them to keep the ICAC as a strong and independent corruption fighting body.

The legislation was passed through the Upper House, and so the petition is now closed. However we will not stop working for clean politics and less corruption in New South Wales. If you'd like to be kept up to date with our corruption-fighting work, please sign up below for updates.

Many thanks,

Jamie Parker.

Mike Baird has done a great job, under trying circumstances. Sure, he’s not perfect and has had some issues. But so too has ICAC!

For the greater good they provide, I would not make significant changes. This would be like “throwing the baby out with the bathwater”.

As former ICAC assistant commissioner Anthony Whealy said in the SMH today. Mike Baird’s overhaul of the agency, “looks like payback from a vengeful government”. I cannot help but agree.

Please Mike, work with your colleagues to revisit these plans. Leave a positive legacy from your leadership.

Hands off ICAC. Only reason to fear ICAC is if you are doing something wrong.
