Support a strong ICAC

Thank you for your support of our petition to Premier Mike Baird and Labor leader Luke Foley, asking them to keep the ICAC as a strong and independent corruption fighting body.

The legislation was passed through the Upper House, and so the petition is now closed. However we will not stop working for clean politics and less corruption in New South Wales. If you'd like to be kept up to date with our corruption-fighting work, please sign up below for updates.

Many thanks,

Jamie Parker.

The community has lost trust in politicians of all major parties. You have had a review by Murray Gleeson SC. Why not implement his findings? NSW needs a robust, impartial, independent ICAC and if we don’t have it, you have only yourself to blame when protests and disaffection grow. ICAC is part of the architecture of good governance in a 21st century state. Don’t weaken it.

We need to STRENGTHEN the independence of ICAC, not dilute it.

ICAC Is an essential part of transparency and accountability. It is essential that this body is left to investigate independently on behalf of our community. Building trust takes time and effort and removing the only opportunity for the community to believe someone is working on their behalf is a necessary and vital step.
